• FREE DELIVERY on all products to mainland UK
• All items are generally despatched within 1-2 working days from receipt of cleared payment, unless otherwise indicated byindividual product
• We make every effort to ship orders the next working day.
• Working day is defined as: Monday to Friday 9.30am 5.00pm.
• Courier items are shipped on a 48 hour service.
• Royal mail items are sent second class.
• You will receive notification when your order has been dispatched.
• Courier deliveries will be made Monday to Friday 08.00 to 18.00 and must be signed for.
• You will be notified of failed delivery attempts by the courier/postal service.
• Failed deliveries that are returned to us will be refunded within 7 days less any charges for delivery.
• All delivery charges are per item and are clearly stated - if anything is unclear please call us.
• All delivery charges, whether stated as free or charged are to United Kingdom Mainland addresses only.

• If you wish to return an item please contact us first, within 7 days of receipt of the item.
• All non defective items must be intact, unused and in their original packaging and in a saleable condition.
• All original parts and accessories must be included.
• All items must be returned using a track-able service e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery.
• For items that are damaged, not working or have a manufacturing defect we will refund in full including any delivery charges
• If the item is not found to have a manufacturing fault, or the fault is due to customer misuse, then no refund will be issued, and the buyer will be responsible for any fees for return shipping.

• We reserve the right not to refund delivery charges if there is any suspicion that the product has been deliberately damaged by the buyer.
• Unwanted items that are returned after us having been contacted within 7 days of receipt
